Dear Father

I write a few lines in good health hoping they will reach you in the same. We received the checks on the Bank of British North America all safe. We all went up to the Bank in London. we found all right. I return you my most sincere thanks for your kindness unto us all I sent a Newspaper to Thomas about the Middle of March. I was up to London to the Quarter Sessions I was Summoned as a Jury. I was there five Days I expect you will have got it by this time.

I will write to you in a short time.

Brothers and Sisters are all well.
